Our agents respond to phone calls and speak directly to your consumers, scheduling appointments for them to visit your business location, recording their phone numbers, email and home addresses and compiling this information into an online database. During your direct mail event, as the calls come in, the database is constantly updated with customer information and appointments. We provide personalized accounts for all of our clients, allowing them to log into their company’s online database on any web browser with an easy-to-use interface. You can view each customer’s name and contact information, as well as their scheduled appointment with the click of a mouse.

In addition to responding via phone, your customers can also log onto their Personalized URL website (PURL), schedule their own appointment at your event and input their contact information into your same online database.

We also offer custom scannable barcodes on our direct mail pieces for instant customer data capture. When someone arrives at your event with their direct mail piece in hand, you can scan the barcode in their mailer with our provided Universal Barcode Scanner and instantly upload their contact information into your online database.
